Dyn Media chooses Pixellot for AI-automated video delivery in Germany
Pixellot, provider of AI-automated sports video and analytics solutions, and recently launched German streaming platform Dyn Media, have completed the installation of AI-Automated sports cameras at 38 sports venues throughout the country.
Dyn Media, the sports streaming platform by former German Football League (DFL) chief executive Christian Seifert and publishing house Axel Springer, will cover a range of premier leagues from Germany’’s most famous arenas including the Audi Dome in Munich, and the Mercedes Benz arena in Berlin.
The new streamer is venturing into the digital sports market with an initial focus on basketball, handball, table tennis, volleyball and hockey. As part of its expansion plans, Dyn Media tapped Pixellot as an imperative part of its innovative production offer for both its Handball Bundesliga (HBL) and Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) next to broadcasting technology.
Pixellot’s AI-Automated end-to-end sports production and streaming solution enables live and on-demand broadcasting without requiring a camera operator or producer on-site and offers an affordable way to deliver a unique TV-like experience for sports organizations.
Dyn Media launched its brand-new OTT platform in Germany last week. The implementation of Pixellot’s technology will augment Dyn Media’s live production workflow with AI-Automated video as additional camerea signal and backup infrastructure for broadcasting eco system.
