DAZN Women’s Football FAST channel lands on Rakuten TV

DAZN Women’s Football FAST channel has launched on the FAST operator Rakuten TV in time for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 which kicked off last week.

Along with coverage of the world cup, the channel from the sports steamer will deliver live programming of the UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL) and Liga F games. With additional content of behind-the-scenes access and highlights.

DAZN’s original titles will also air on the channel including the six-part documentary series One Team, One Dream and interview series  The Match Up.

One Team, One Dream follows the behind-the-scenes story of the Chelsea Women team between 2019 and 2021, featuring coach Emma Hayes and football player Sam Kerr.

While The Match Up showcases interviews with star players such as Leah Williamson, Danielle van de Donk, Jordyn Huitema and Mapi Leon.

According to Rakuten TV, the platform is available in 43 territories and reaches more than 140 million households.

DAZN Women’s Football debuts on Rakuten TV in UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Macedonia, Malta, Greece, Cyprus, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
