Paramount+ launches on Virgin TV in the UK
Streaming service Paramount+ is now available on the Virgin TV service from UK service provider Virgin Media O2.
Virgin Media customers with Virgin TV 360 or the company’s Stream product can now access a Paramount+ directly via their set-top box for just £6.99 per month or £69.90 per year.
The streamer is the latest in a series of apps to become available on Virgin TV, which claims to offer customers access to more than 10,000 hours of content.
Paramount+ offers exclusive originals, films and series across genres from Paramount’s brands and production studios, including Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, Showtime and the Smithsonian Channel.
Content includes originals Yellowstone, Yellowjackets, HALO and Tulsa King, as well as blockbuster movies like Top Gun: Maverick.
Forthcoming titles include the new series of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds; original UK drama No Escape, new docuseries The Family Stallone.

Customers with Virgin TV 360 can watch 190 channels and can add up to three mini 360 boxes around their home for a multi-room experience, as well as having access to the Virgin TV Go app.
Those with Stream, which is available to both new and existing customers who take a Virgin Media broadband only or broadband and landline bundle, can sign up to a 30 day rolling contract and no ongoing cost beyond the streaming subscriptions they choose to subscribe to.
