A+E Networks appoints Bradley to oversee content sales and FAST
A+E Networks has announced that experienced media exec Deborah Bradley is joining the company in the newly-formed role of EVP of global content sales.
In this post, Bradley will oversee the team responsible for licensing original and existing content to A+EN’s global streaming partners and all US platforms. She will also be charged with expanding distribution of A+E’s FAST channel portfolio.
Bradley will report to Mark Garner, EVP of content sales and business development, who said: “Deb has demonstrated deep knowledge of growing platform businesses, brokered content sharing and licensing deals, is passionate about the consumer experience on digital platforms, and has an innate ability to best serve audiences.”
Bradley joins from financial advisory firm The Amherst Group, but previously spent 20+ years at companies including Turner Entertainment (now Warner Bros. Discovery), CBS Television Distribution and Paramount Domestic Television. The structure of her role underlines the way in which major content companies are seeking to build their ad-supported FAST offering alongside content distribution.
A+E Networks has been methodically building a strong presence in FAST. Channels launched in 2022 included Skills + Thrills, Lively Place and Crime 360.
