S&T Iskratel formed from Iskratel and S&T Slovenija
Tech firms Iskratel and S&T Slovenija have announced a merger to become S&T Iskratel.
The newly formed company is a subsidiary of Austria’s Kontron Group, a fast-growing technology company that generated more than €1.34 billion of revenue in 2021.
S&T Iskratel becomes one of the largest ICT companies in Slovenia in terms of size, expertise, number of markets served and communications solutions offering.
The new company will be led by two managing directors: Sašo Berger and Robert Kuzmič.
Robert Kuzmič said: “Together we provide a comprehensive offering of broadband solutions, information security, 5G and mobile private networks, IoT and cloud solutions, business-critical communications, as well as our own development of products for smart and safe communities.
