Danish pay TV and broadband service provider Nuuday, the services carve-out from the old TDC, has named Henrik Christiansen its new CFO effective from August 1.
Christiansen is currently CFO at the grocery group Dagrofa, where he has been credited with driving the execution of a turnaround in the group’s fortunes.
Previously he was was CFO at building materials outfit DT Group, now known as Stark Group
Nuuday said that with the hiring of Christiansen, its CEO Jon James has now completed the reorganization of his management team, which he initiated shortly after his arrival last year.
“Henrik is a strong leader with documented experience in leading efficient finance functions and implementing successful and complex transformations. I’m glad we’ve been able to attract Henrik to Nuuday,” said James.
“I look forward to taking part in the transformation journey with Nuuday and becoming part of a company that has a crystal-clear strategy and a range of reputable brands. My personal ambition is to develop the strongest possible finance function and to position it internally as a strategic partner across all Nuuday’s brands and units,” said Christiansen.
