Digiturk launches internet and dual-play offerings

BeIN Media-owned Turkish pay TV operator Digiturk has launched an internet offering and a selection of dual-play bundles.

Digiturk Internet will allow customers to access ADSL and VDSL services, bundled with or accompanying Digiturk’s premium sports and entertainment TV offerings.

The internet service will be offered to existing and new Digiturk TV customers at a discounted rate. Special offers will also be available to consumers who take up both TV and internet services from Digiturk. New customers joining Digiturk from other digital operators will be offered an additional discount for coming on-board.

An average of 5.4 million users of beIN’s OTT service beIN Connect users per month will be able to watch over 17,000 entertainment and sports content with Digiturk Internet. The content portfolio of beIN Connect includes more than 1,000 movies, 95 TV series with more than 2500 episodes, and over 3,000 documentaries.

Digiturk’s ADSL and VDSL services will utilise Türk Telekom’s infrastructure. Digiturk also aims to expand a dual-platform portfolio with fibre internet packages to customers in coming months.

Digiturk’s existing TV offering includes access to the Spor Toto Super Lig, Bundesliga 1-2, Ligue 1, Carabao Cup, THY EuroLeague AND WTA Tennis tournaments; and on the entertainment side access to Fandom, a new beIN Original series, Succession, Kaan Sekban’la Alt Tarafı Bir Talk Show, Nasıl Fenomen Oldum, Sıradışı, Yüksek İrtifa and Aile Şirketi, among other content.
