Sirius TV launches DTH bouquet
Malaysian DTH operator Sirius TV has signed a deal with SES to deliver a new bouquet of satellite TV channels across the country.
The Sirius Basic package launches with 13 channels, with five in HD. The bundle is available for RM299 (€61.66) per year, including installation and the first year for free. Sirius said the portfolio of channels will continue to expand with subscribers gaining access when they are released.
Sirius TV will use SES-12 satellite positioned at 95 degrees East to reach more than 7.5 million satellite TV equipped homes across Malaysia. The operator has also adopted SES’s Cloud Playout services for a cost-effective business model.
