A1 Makedonija launches A1 Xplore TV from Zappware
A1 Telekom Austria-owned North Madeconian fixed and mobile service provider A1 Makedonija has launched its version of A1 Xplore TV, the group’s advanced TV platform with technology from Zappware.
A1 Telekom Austria has been in the process of deploying the Zappware platform across its networks in central and eastern Europe, including launches in Bulgaria, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia.
Zappware said that A1 Xplore enables TV users get access to television on all screens – TV, laptop, smartphone or tablet – provides a new interactive interface, and learns from the user’s viewing habits and recommends content relevant to them.
“Following the development of customer needs, we continuously work on introducing new products and services which improve customer experience and offer great content. The new era requires better understanding of customers and better personalization of services. Apart from all the advanced functionalities, A1 Xplore TV offers personalized access with recommendations customized per user.
