SingularDTV rebrands as Breaker, launches distribution portal

Blockchain company SingularDTV has launched its film and music distribution portal and rebranded as Breaker.

The company said the launch marked a milestone in its ambitious efforts to decentralise the entertainment industry.

“We remain steadfastly committed to empowering creators around the globe with new technology,” said the company in a blog post.

“We aim to create a space where artists and audiences can interact more directly — without the need for gatekeepers.”

Breaker plans to offer everything from film and TV to music, podcasts and art – “content that can’t be found anywhere else.” The Breaker DApp is available to download now from breaker.io.
