Super Soccer TV taps Tellyo for live-streaming
Indonesian online sports network Super Soccer TV has tapped cloud-based video production technology outfit Tellyo to enable live-streaming of the remainder of the 2017/2018 Italian Serie A and English FA Cup matches, and to live broadcast football programmes in Indonesia.
The company will also record and replay matches through Tellyo, and utilise the platform’s editing features to create and share short video clips to social media channels.
Super Soccer TV broadcasts a rolling schedule of live matches, replays, highlights and programmes via supersoccer.tv and will use the partnership with Tellyo to extend its live streaming capabilities and increase engagement levels across social media.
Mirwan Suwarso, Super Soccer TV’s business development director said: “Our experience tells us that football fans constantly consume lots of football content online. They do want matches, but also more outside of these 90 minutes – from highlights to stats, interviews, compilations, documentaries and much more. They want this content to satisfy their passion for football and supersoccer.tv is their one-stop shop. We’re delighted to partner with Tellyo and for them to be alongside us in our mission to reach many more fans online and to serve them the content they want.”
Richard Collins, Tellyo’s CEO, said: “Super Soccer TV has an exciting proposition – to take football content direct to audiences online – which is a perfect fit for us. We’re delighted with the new partnership. We’ve been able to demonstrate innovative best practices for live streaming sports action and I’m thrilled Super Soccer TV will benefit from the cutting-edge systems we’ve established through our work with other sports organisations.”
