Nangu.TV names new CEO

Interactive TV technology specialist Nangu.TV has named Zdeněk Gerlický as CEO and chairman.

Joining nangu.TV in 2007, Gerlický has held the position of CTO for the past four years, implementing a number of projects around Europe.

The company said that under his leadership it would continue to develop the Nangu.TV platform, which provides delivery of IPTV and OTT services and personalisation of the viewing experience.

Gerlický will also focus on consolidation of the company’s leading position in the Czech and Slovak markets as well as other markets.

In addition to its home markets, Nangu.TV has been active in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Poland, France, Ukraine and Serbia.

Michal Kožíšek, who temporarily held the position of CEO, will move to the company’s supervisory board.
