Com Hem passes share buyback milestone
Swedish cable operator Com Hem now owns over 5% of its own shares following its ongoing repurchasing programme.
Following its most recent purchase of 72,000 shares yesterday, the cable operator now holds 10,388,171 treasury shares, corresponding to 5.03% of the total number of shares and votes in the company.
Com Hem has spent SEK765 million (€82 million) purchasing its own shares so far. The company is authorised to repurchase up to a maximum of 10% of its stock under the current programme.
