ThinkAnalytics appoints former Cisco exec McGeechan

Search and recommendations specialist ThinkAnalytics has appointed former Cisco executive Stuart McGeechan as senior vice-president of services and operations.

McGeechan will lead efforts to strengthen the adoption and support of ThinkAnalytics’ technology worldwide and joins having previously spent 20 years at NDS and Cisco.

Most recently he was vice-president, custom engineering at Cisco International. Prior to that, he was VP, global professional services and client engineering, responsible for unifying Cisco’s client engineering groups across eight countries.

“As the ThinkAnalytics business has grown in leaps and bounds we were looking for an individual who would complement our existing pool of talent with an in-depth understanding of TV and video industry professional services and operations. McGeechan has that rare combination of working across continents with nearly all the major players across the TV and video ecosystem,” said Eddie Young, chairman of ThinkAnalytics.
