Technetix acquires Arris Supplies

Technetix Group has acquired Arris’s supplies division, formerly Telewire Supplies, to give it a better position for growth in the cable market in the Americas.

Technetix will merge the Arris Supplies business into its existing USA operations in Denver, Colorado. The transaction is expected to close in the latter half of Q3, 2015.
