UPC Romania launches cloud TV for hospitality market

Liberty Global-owned cable operator UPC Romania has launched a cloud TV service aimed at the hospitality and health markets.

UPC is offering a cloud-based internet TV offering aimed at connected screens provided by hotel chains, hospitals and other businesses.

The technology platform is being provided by hospitality solutions supplier Nevotek. The system has already been deployed for the Crowne Plaza hotel chain.
