TDF names media services chief
French transmission services provider TDF has named Aymeric de Cardes as director of its media services division, comprising Arkena and Mediamobile.
De Cardes replaces Julien Seligmann, who has left the company. He will report to CEO Olivier Huart and will joint TDF’s management committee. De Cardes was previously head of M&A and corporate development and bid management at TDF.
Arkena was created last year from the combination of TDF units Cognacq-Jay Image, PSN, Qbrick and SmartJog and employs 400 people. Clients include Canal+, BeIN Sports, Orange and Fox International Channels.
Mediamobile provides mobile traffic service V-Traffic over TDF’s network.
