ER-Telecom launches TV everywhere

Russian service provider ER-Telecom, which operates under the Dom.ru brand, has launched an expanded multiscreen service, making the Dom.ru TV service available to all subscribers on up to five devices, including smartphones and tablets. 

Dom.ru TV subscribers can now begin watching shows on TV and then continue on mobile devices or PCs, with 60 popular channels now available both inside and outside the home, within Russia, via WiFi, and 3 and 4G mobile networks offering a minimum connection of 300kbps.

Product director Andrey Chazov said that the multiscreen offering was the latest step in the company’s strategy of offering innovative services, including the ability to watch content on multiple TVs within the home.
