MTS names new eastern regions chief

Russian service provider MTS has named Olga Ustinova as director of its Far East and eastern Siberia unit.

Ustinova will head up MTS’ activities across 12 regions – Primorye, Khabarovsk, Kamchatka, the Trans-Baikal Territories, Amur, Sakhalin, Irkutsk, Magadan, the Jewish Autonomous Oblast and Chukotka Autonomous Region – as well as the Republic of Sakha or Yakutia, and Buryatia.

Ustinova was previously head of the Kyiv region for MTS Ukraine. She has also held senior positions at Ukrtelecom and GSM Ukraine.
