Kudelski completes NagraID sale

Nagra-owner Kudelski Group has completed the sale of its NagraID Security unit to Oberthur Technologies. 

NagraID Security produces cloud-powered display cards for companies operating in the financial payments sector.

Switzerland-based Kudelski agreed to sell the unit to Oberthur last month for an undisclosed sum.
