Sky Sports 5 available to BT viewers

BSkyB’s new European football channel Sky Sports 5 will be available to BT’s Vision+ subscribers from today.

The channel, which launches on the Sky platform today and is also available via the Now TV OTT service from Sky, will be available to BT TV customers with both Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 on its Infinity broadband service.

Existing BT TV customers who have both Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2 over ADSL broadband will also get Sky Sports 5, but the channel will not be broadcast until September 5.
