ProSiebenSat.1 creates new chief investment officer role

ProSiebenSat.1 has named Gunnar Wiedenfels as deputy chief financial officer and Ralf Schremper to the new post of chief investment officer.

Wiedenfels, who will report CFO Axel Salzmann and will retain his current role as CFO, national and chief group controller, will take up his new post on April 1.

Schremper, who will also take up his post on April 1, will continue to act as executive vice-president, mergers and acquisitions and CFO, digital and adjacent.

Schremper was responsible for ProSiebenSat.1’s said of its units in northern and eastern Europe and the Benelux region.
