YouSee allows subs to tailor own packages

Danish cable operator YouSee has launched TV med Bland Selv, an option that allows subscriber to tailor their own packages by adding and dropping channels on an à la carte basis.

Bland Selv allows subscribers to replace up to 10 channels on its medium package and up to 34 channels in its full package. Customers can choose from about 100 channels available on an à la carte basis.

YouSee began offering over 100 pay channels on an à la carte basis earlier this year, and recently launched Bredbånd med Bland Selv, allowing broadband subscribers to choose upstream and downstream speeds according to their requirements.
