ATX Networks names EMEA business development chief

Israel-based video technology company ATX Networks has named Ofer Kachan as director of business development, EMEA.

Kachan was previously regional sales director at Rotal Networks. At ATX Networks he will be responsible for promoting and executing sales for its existing digital video products and solutions, as well as finding new business opportunities.
