Douglas named new UK boss for Universal Networks International

Universal Networks International has named Nicky Douglas as managing director, UK.

Douglas will have oversight of UNI’s portfolio of channels in the UK, reporting into Duccio Donati, executive vice-president, Universal Networks International. The company operates channels Universal Channel, Syfy, E! Entertainment Television, The Style Network and Movies 24.

Douglas previously led ed her own consultancy business, guiding a range of organizations – across media, entertainment, publishing, theatre, retail and not-for-profit – on strategic business and marketing strategies. Before that, she was executive vice-president and managing director, Walt Disney International Asia Pacific.
