SeaChange loses board member Feld

Peter Feld has resigned from TV technology provider SeaChange International’s board of directors.

Feld’s resignation brings the number of directors on SeaChange’s board to six. The company said it did not intend to fill the vacancy created at this time.

“On behalf of our management team and the entire Company, I thank Peter for his valuable service and contributions to SeaChange and its shareholders,” said Raghu Rau, CEO, SeaChange.  “He has been an integral part of our strategic and financial transformation and has helped to put the Company on a path to long-term, profitable growth and value creation.”
