Three more for Freesat
UK free-to-air satellite platform Freesat has added three new channels – Sky News, Pick TV and Challenge TV – to its line-up.
Sky News joins the 11 existing news channels offered on Freesat, including BBC News Channel, CNN and Bloomberg, while Pick TV will offer Freesat viewers a range of entertainment shows including Are You Smarter Than A Ten Year Old? and Coach Trip and highlights from Sky Arts and Sky 1. Challenge TV offers a range of playalong games and quiz formats.
Emma Scott, Freesat’s managing director said: “We’re delighted that Sky News is joining Freesat. It’s an award-winning news service that strengthens and complements Freesat’s existing line-up of eleven news channels. With Challenge TV and Pick TV joining today too, the breadth of choice for our viewers, for free, has never been better.”
