Rostelecom increases IPTV subs

Russian telco Rostelecom ended September with 6.4 million TV customers, an increase of 11% year-on-year.
The telco has increased its IPTV subscriber base to 1.2 million, up from 500,000 at the end of September 2011. Revenue from pay TV services during the third quarter was up 40% to RUB2.4 billion (€60 million).
