Rostelecom names Tatarstan chief

Russian telco Rostelecom has named Maxim Gornostaev as director for the Republic of Tatarstan, replacing Evgeny Danilov, who was appointed to the post in July but has now resigned.

Gornostaev was previously Rostelecom’s commercial director in the Republic of Udmurtia.
