Eutelsat shareholders to vote on board members

Satellite operator Eutelsat will invite shareholders to vote for the appointment of two new board members during next month’s AGM.

They are Miriem Bensalah Chaqroun, who is a director of the of the Holmarcom Group and CEO of its largest subsidiary, Les Eaux Minérales d’Oulmès, which specialised in water and bottling, and Elisabetta Oliveri. Oliveri is CEO of Gruppo Fabbri Vignola, an industrial and international leader in machines and  films for the food packaging sector.
