TivùSat adds new users

Italian free-to-air digital satellite service TivùSat saw 55,000 new activations in July, taking the total number of active smartcards to almost 1.577 million.

Take-up of the service was particularly strong in Sicily, Lombardy, Lazio and Calabria. TivùSat offers 55 digital TV and 40 radio services.
