UPC Austria ups internet speeds

Cable operator Austria has upped the internet speeds available with its FIT multi-play packages.

The Liberty Global-owned service provider has increased the top speed on its Super FIT and Super FIT HD packages from 35Mbps to 50Mbps, while starter package FIT sees its internet component rise from 10Mbps to 25Mbps.

UPC Austria is offering FIT to new subscribers for €17.99 for the first six months and €29.90 thereafter.
