CTC Media names new finance chief

Russian broadcaster CTC Media has named Nikolay Surikov as chief financial officer.

Surikov was previously chief financial officer of VTB Bank subsidiary VTB Factoring and served as corporate reporting director of service provider MTS from 2004-08.
