Red Bee names Tillieux as CEO

TV technology company Red Bee Media has hired former ProSiebenSat.1 executive Patrick Tillieux as its new chief executive following the departure of Bill Patrizio.

Tillieux will be charge of the management and strategic direction of Red Bee Media’s technology business, working with broadcasters and rights holders. He will be based in the UK and will report to Michael Cook, chairman of the board.

Tillieux, who was most recently an advisor to a number of private equity firms, was previously chief operating officer and the German broadcast group.
