UPC Slovakia adds five new channels

Cable operator UPC Slovakia has added five new channels to its line-up. The Liberty Global-owned operator has added Nova Sport, Nova Sport HD, Eurosport 2 HD, TLC and regional channel Západoslovenská TV to its line-up.

The addition of the sports channels on June 1 will take UPC Slovakia’s sports offering to 13 channels, including three in HD. Female-focused TLC will replace Discovery Travel & Living, while Západoslovenská TV, airing news and magazine programmes from the western part of Slovakia, will join the basic digital package.
