Rostelecom takes further stake in Moscow cable operator

Rostelecom-backed Russian cable provider NTC has acquired a 26% stake in Mosteleset, the holding company for Moscow-based cable operator Mostelecom, for RUB1.8 billion (€45 million).

The deal values Mosteleset at RUB6.9 billion. The 26% stake acquired by Rostelecom was owned by the city of Moscow. The remaining part of the company is already owned by NTC.
