Wohler acquires transcoding and workflow specialist

Video monitoring specialist Wohler Technologies has acquired RadiantGrid Technologies, a provider of transcoding, transformation and new media automation service platforms.

Wohler said the acquisition would enable the two companies to streamline IT-centric workflows with a range of video, audio, data and QC solutions.
