Beltelecom loses commercial chief

Belarus telco and IPTV provider Beltelecom’s commercial chief, Andrei Soborov, has resigned from his post.
Soborov, who joined Beltelecom in 1999 and was named deputy CEO for commercial affairs in 2010, left the company on January 21.
