NTV Plus offers enhanced 3D football

Russian pay TV operator NTV Plus has teamed up with Panasonic and UEFA to offer enhanced 3D coverage of a Champions League group stage football match between St Petersburg’s Zenith and Shakhtar Donetsk on November 1.

NTV Plus will provide coverage via six 3D cameras installed at strategic locations around the field. The match will also be available for viewing in HD, SD and online.
