IPTV launch in Novosibirsk

Russian IPTV service provider West-SibTranstelekom has begun offering digital TV services in the Siberian city of Novosibirsk, according to local reports.

The company is offering broadband services and a range of TV channels, using the Netris IPTV platform. The company plans to expand its activities to other cities in western Siberia.
