VimpelCom names central region chief

Russian service provider VimpelCom, which operates under the Beeline brand, has named Vitaly Studitsky as director of its central region operations, succeeding Alexei Krainov, who is leaving the company. Studitsky was previously head of mobile service provider Skylink’s Moscow and central divisions.

VimpelCom’s central region includes its affiliates in the cities of Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kostroma, Kursk, Lipetsk, Orel, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Tula and Yaroslavl.
