BBCW Channels hires CEE general manager

BBC Worldwide Channels has hired former Polsat and Chello Zone executive Jacek Koskowski as general manager, CEE.

The international channels arm of the British public broadcaster has hired Koskowski, who will be based in Warsaw, to run its six channels in the region. Koskowski was previously director of thematic channels at Polish broadcaster Polsat and before that worked as sales and marketing manager at Liberty Global-owned Zone Vision. He will report to Ian McDonough, senior vice-president and general manager of BBC Wordwide Channels, EMEA.
