New role for Media Broadcast’s Egenbauer

German broadcast services provider Media Broadcast’s CEO, Helmut Egenbauer, has been named non-executive vice-chairman of the supervisory board of the company.

Egenbauer will also join the boards of two other TDF Group companies, Hungarian broadcast services provider Antenna Hungária and Netherlands-based Alticom. France’s TDF is the parent company of Media Broadcast.
