Cable Europe appoints tech MD

Cable Europe, the industry association for Europe’s MSOs, has appointed Peter Percosan managing director of Cable Europe Labs (CEL). The Labs division deals with technical collaboration among cablers, standardization issues, certification of vendor equipment and the introduction of new technologies. Percosan has been CTO of CEL for the past 15 months.
