Change of management structure for Volia

Ukrainian cable operator Volia has named Eric Franke, previously chief operating officer, as first vice-president and CEO.

Franke’s appointment is part of a move to re-distribute responsibility for operational and strategic management, dividing chief executive responsibilities between president and CEO Sergey Boyko and Franke. The company’s senior management team now comprises Boyko, Franke and chief financial officer Mark Burden.
