Comstar-UTS names regional technology chief

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS has named a new technical director for its regional operations.

Valery Goldfeld, who has been named technical director for Comstar-Regions, was previously technical director of Center Telecom and Active Telecom and an adviser to Comstar-UTS’s vice-president of technology.
