Ivanov to head MGTS

Sergey Ivanov has been named director-general of Moscow city network provider MGTS, a subsidiary of internet and pay-TV service provider Comstar-UTS.
Ivanov replaces Sergey Nazarov, who is taking an advisory role at Comstars parent company MTS Group. He was previously director of MTS Centre, looking after 16 regions in central Russia.
