Comstar names Tenzor Telekom chief

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS has named Evgeny Lapshin as director-general of its Tenzor Telekom subsidiary.

Tenzor Telekom provides broadband and phone services in the city of Yaroslavl in central European Russia. Lapshin is currently deputy director-general of Comstar’s central division.
