Carey to replace Tellenbach as Sky Deutschland chairman

German pay-TV provider Sky Deutschland has named News Corp president Chase Carey as chairman.
Carey, who is also deputy chairman and chief operating officer of News Corp, replaces Markus Tellenbach, who now becomes deputy chairman of the pay-TV outfit.
