Eurosport makes new appointments

Eurosport has made a series of new appointments.

Jean-Thierry Augustin has extended his current responsibilities to include the directorship of rights acquisitions as managing director, distribution, development and rights acquisitions. Laurent Prud’homme has been appointed director of rights acquisitions and will report to Augustin.

Arnaud Simon has been appointed deputy managing director, Eurosport France. He was previously broadcast director, Eurosport International and Eurosport 2. Julien Bergeaud, currently director of rights acquisitions, has been appointed broadcast director for Eurosport International and Eurosport 2. Patrick Goddet has been appointed deputy managing director, office of the chairman. He was previously deputy managing director of Eurosport France.
